1. A minimum checking fee of RM30.00 (non-refundable) will be collected as deposit and shall be imposed for preliminary diagnosis on all requests that subsequently decides not to repairs.
2. All service charges are on CASH transaction only. Repaired set only be released after payment made.
3. Any Service / Repaired / Warranty products is not being claimed after three (3) months period will be subject to Sale or we reserves the right to dispose the unclaimed product.
4. We will not be responsible to any Lost / Corruption of the Hard disk content / data in the course of service.
5. If repaired / service product have the same problem within two (2) weeks after date of repairing, there will be no charge for further repair but there will be a charge if different fault occurs.
6. We will not be responsible for Lost / Damage to equipment in case of Fire / Theft or any other unforeseen cause beyond our control.
7. Minimum Transportation charge of RM20 will be charged for On-Site service or item collected from site and charges is depend on distance from site.
8. We will not help customer to reformat their PC if original Windows OS Sticker is not presented on PC Housing. We will also not to help customer to Install illegal Software on their PC, however, if original CD key is provided, we will great to help.
